I have been a part of the State Farm family for over 38 years. Throughout this time, I have been dedicated to helping people feel secure about their future. Working with State Farm has been a joy for me, as I believe in our mission to be good neighbors and protect what matters most to people. I take pride in serving my community in Winder, GA, as well as Barrow and Oconee Counties, and the Northeast Metro area of Atlanta, by offering insurance and financial services to meet their needs.

I established my agency in Georgia in 2018 and relocated to Winder five years ago. Prior to that, I gained over a decade of experience as an Agency Field Executive. This extensive background has provided me with a strong foundation to assist customers in finding insurance plans that suit their lifestyles. My team and I take a comprehensive approach to your coverage, ensuring your well-being is our top priority. We are always available to answer your questions, provide support, and guide you throughout your insurance journey.

I am delighted to have become a part of the Winder community and take pleasure in supporting this wonderful place. I actively engage with local non-profit organizations, particularly those fighting breast cancer, as well as showing appreciation for our essential workers and first responders. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my two boys, exploring new restaurants, and listening to music.

One of her children attends Winder-Barrow High School, while the other is enrolled at Limestone University. Shannon actively participates in supporting her community during football season by working at the concession stand during UGA home games.

Not only did she achieve her GA Property and Casualty license, but she also accomplished this impressive feat at the age of 18. Originally from Jalisco, Mexico, Tania moved to the U.S.A. at the age of 10. Known for her friendly and caring nature, Tania consistently goes above and beyond to help others in any way she can. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Tania will be focusing on Auto, Home, and Renter's insurance as part of the Manno Insurance Agency Team.
